During these Sessions, Lisa will explore the themes of your Birth and Progression Charts to help you attune to frequency spaces and spirit guide for your current spiritual development phase.

THE COSMIC BLUEPRINT SESSION (90 min)
Your first 'Ascension Astrology' Session will be the COSMIC BLUEPRINT SESSION, during which Lisa creates your 'Soul Mission Astrology Summary' in very simple metaphorical language, so you can clearly understand your energy signature without needing to be an expert in Astrology (e.g. Lisa might say that your are a 'Fire Queen of Creati0n' instead of 'Leo Rising Sign').

Your birth chart holds the keys to your innate power, giftedness and intended creation and ascension journey, which is why understanding how you can better harness and embody the energetic signature of your birth chart will introduce greater levels of self-awareness, self-acceptance and authentic self-expression into your life.

Progression Astrology explores how your birth chart evolves over time. Understanding your current or upcoming Progression Cycles can assist you in navigating personal growth challenges and help you to embrace opportunities for expansion, learning and skill development.
During the COSMIC BLUEPRINT SESSION, Lisa will us the astrological concept of Secondary Progressions to explain your spiritual evolution and ascension challenges in simply metaphorical language (Lisa might say that you are entering a 'Master Builder Phase' instead of 'Capricorn Sun Progression').

THE SUPERNOVA SESSION (90 min)
Once you have experienced the COSMIC BLUEPRINT SESSION, you can book SUPERNOVA SESSIONS, during which Lisa will deepen your understanding of your Secondary Progression journey and help you gain insights into your current and upcoming ascension and life themes based on your Tertiary Progressions and Planetary Transits.
SUPERNOVA SESSIONS are intended as Spiritual Development Coaching Sessions, that use your astrological blueprint and the current astrological weather as a reference point. Just like in COSMIC BLUEPRINT SESSIONS, Lisa will help you connect with sacred frequency spaces, call in spirit guide support, and introduce you to spiritual awareness and meditation tools that can benefit your current life phase, meet your spiritual development needs and facilitate a greater sense of inner well-being.

During her Sessions, Lisa may channel messages from your Spirit Guides. Please understand that any guidance or recommendations you receive are intended to be inspirational and supportive, but can in no way replace professional medical, financial, therapeutic or other specialist counsel. Please practise discernment, self-care and self-responsibility at all times, and seek professional advice or help when needed.
Payment and Cancellation
You can pay for Online Sessions directly via the Booking Page, or you can choose to skip payment at the time of booking (e.g. if you prefer to pay at a later time or if you prefer to pay via Direct Debit). You can cancel or reschedule Online Sessions free of charge at any time and will receive a full refund.
You will be able to pay for In-Person Sessions in advance (via Direct Debit or via a Payment Link) or on the day (in Cash or by Card). You can cancel or reschedule In-Person Sessions free of charge within 48 hours of your appointment time. If you cancel within less than 48 hours, you may be charged a cancellation fee to cover venue costs and will receive a partial refund.
Booking Process
Once your booking has been received, Lisa will send you a separate Booking Confirmation Email within 12 hours, which includes your Zoom Link (for Online Bookings), Venue details (for In-Person Bookings), a link to the Client Intake Form (if you are a First-time Client) and a link to the optional Pre-Session Survey, which will give you the opportunity to disclose your Session topic beforehand.
Birth chart Creation
It is recommended that you know your birth time in order to receive the most benefits from this Session. However, you can also book this Session without a known or accurate birth time (some information won't be accessible).
Lisa works with the Western Astrology model (Placidus House System) and will explore your Secondary and Tertiary Progression Phases in preparation of your Session. Please keep in mind that 'Ascension Astrology Coaching' Sessions are not the same as standard Astrology Readings, as they are focused more on frequency alignment rather than on forecasting events or full birth chart interpretations.
