(Practitioner Level)

Learn the foundations of energy-clearing modality ‘Inner Gift Resourcing’ (IGR) to deepen your Professional Development journey. This Training is suitable for Allied Health Professionals, who wish to incorporate IGR into their client work and want to blend ‘Inner Gift Resourcing’ (IGR) tools with their existing modalities.
IGR combines elements of energy clearing, parts integration and resourced drawing with the intention of clearing self-sabotaging beliefs, reducing emotional stressors and safely returning foreign energy imprints to family lines, past lives and other origins.

'INNER GIFT RESOURCING' (IGR)

CORE PILLARS

Self-Empowerment

In order to reclaim our innate worth, we need to resource inner victim states, develop self-respect and reset our energetic boundaries.

Self-Care

Cultivating a nurturing & loving attitude towards ourselves will help us create an internal & external environment, in which our 'inner gifts' can thrive.

Self-Awareness

If we create a space for self-reflection & self-inquiry, we open the doors to new perspectives, valuable insights & intuitive guidance.

Self-Responsibility

Taking compassionate accountability for our current life situation will help us to become more pro-active and solution-focused.

'Inner Gift Resourcing' (IGR) Foundations...

principle 1: Parts integration

Reconciling internal conflict
‘Inner Gift Resourcing’ (IGR) utilises the concept of PARTS work, which is a well-known component in various fields of counselling and a cornerstone of modalities like Gestalt Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT).
PARTS work acknowledges disowned and rejected aspects of our mind and psyche – e.g. the inner child – and focusses on integrating these PARTS into our conscious awareness. IGR focuses on harmonising our relational dynamics with conflicting PARTS and prioritises energetic resourcing, so that clients can release habits of self-neglect and self-sabotage, in order to regain a sense of inner balance and holistic well-being.

Principle 2: Energy-Clearing

Clearing foreign energy imprints
‘Inner Gift Resourcing’ is an energy-clearing modality, which acknowledges the existence of foreign energy imprints connected to ancestral burdens and past life experiences.
While ‘Inner Gift Resourcing’ neither revisits traumatic events nor works directly with the client’s family system (as it is common during Therapy or Family Constellation Sessions), IGR makes use of emotional clearing protocols and returns foreign imprints (in form of energy, emotions, beliefs or burdens) to the client’s ancestral lines, past lives and other origins, which helps to restore and repair the client’s physical, emotional and mental boundaries, inner autonomy and capacity for self-love.

principle 3: Resourcing

Resourcing inner needs
‘Inner Gift Resourcing’ has a strong focus on resourcing our emotional needs and utilises the application of colour work, visualisations, archetypes, drawing processes and energetic qualities (e.g. kindness or compassion) to foster well-being states, which is especially important for individuals with an existing tendency for people-pleasing, ingrained habits of de-prioritising their own needs and frequent difficulties with self-assertion, confidence, self-worth and self-empowerment.
‘Inner Gift Resourcing’ is particularly beneficial for highly empathic or intuitive individuals as well as clients, who struggle with maintaining healthy boundaries in relationships.

principle 4: new pathways

Opening new doors of being
‘Inner Gift Resourcing’ encompasses a structured interplay between PARTS Integration, Energy Clearing and Energetic Resourcing with the sole intent of re-directing our attention towards pro-active self-care and self-actualisation.
The objective of ‘Inner Gift Resourcing’ is the creation of new pathways for self-discovery and authenticity.
The IGR philosophy suggests that our INNER GIFTS can be harnessed and embodied more fully, once we have reconciled the divisions between our authentic self, our social mask and our inner critic, so that body, mind, heart and soul can collaborate in self-sustaining harmony.

I recently completed my 'Inner Gift Resourcing' Practitioner Training; I can't thank Lisa enough for the wonderful experience. Lisa shares with you her extensive knowledge and I benefited greatly from her style of sharing this knowledge. She delivers this Course in a way that is interesting, informative and positive. Her knowledge of the modality and the style of delivery of the Course allows her students to understand and put into practice the protocols of IGR very early in the training. I fully believe in this modality. I have studied different styles of energy healing and have found that this one has quick results without the client experiencing difficult triggers that can sometimes hold them back on their healing journeys. I highly recommend Lisa and the 'Inner Gift Resourcing' modality.

How does IGR differ from other modalities?

‘Inner Gift Resourcing’ (IGR) is a holistic, energy-shifting & gentle emotional release process that combines elements of ‘Parts Integration’ with an ‘Energetic Resourcing’ approach.

Unlike psychotherapy, family constellation, EFT or many other trauma-release modalities, IGR does not discuss or directly engage with the client’s memories of past traumatic events or family backgrounds. Instead, IGR utilises the inner sensations, emotional experiences and verbal feedback of the client to reduce unprocessed emotional stress, and returns foreign energy imprints connected with family lines, past lives and other origins energetically – while staying focussed in the present moment. The IGR Process is facilitated with elements of energy clearing & drawing exercises, which will be taught in the Training.
